Because every Maison Najma product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
We will offer a free reprint or full refund if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a print error or quality issue
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
To request a reprint or refund, please contact us at hello@maisonajma.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
This policy is in line with our fulfilment partners' (Printful and Printify) quality guarantees and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
