Welcome to Maison Najma. By accessing or purchasing from maisonajma.co.uk, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Maison Najma, operated from the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Products All products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners (Printful and Printify). Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@maisonajma.co.uk and we will do our best to help before production begins.

5. Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Maison Najma and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Maison Najma is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
